Our group’s foundation is laid in the year 1979 with the establishment of İhsan Boya San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. which mainly supplies wholesale paint, varnish, thinner, polyester to furniture sector. In the year 1994, together with our flagship Kolsuzlar Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. investment have been made for providing import – export, storage and logistics of more than 50 chemical substance which are in the position of main input of many industrial facility.

Kolsuzlar Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. achieved to be one of the leading companies in the sector with the services import – export, storage and logistics and liquid and packaged chemical substance storage facilities which are on 37000 m² land with 5000 m² close area and have the capacity of 9000 m3 and 41 tank farm. In the year 1997, our producer company İhsan Kimya Boya San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.’s establishment is completed and started to produce commercial industrial and synthetic thinners.

In the year 2011, as a result of the decisions that taken with frame of present experience and use capital stock in alternative sectors, İnsay Yapı San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established and started to be in the service in construction and contracting sector. In the first stage, our company started its activities with the projects of building warehouses, factories, plazas and residences on the registered area of ​​its own assets and afterwards it is aimed that starting luxury residence and office constructing with either buying a land or flat received for landownership way.

Today our GEBKİM production facility, Ondörtüç Pendik Project in İstanbul Pendik and Elit Manzara Project in Ankara Beytepe continue. These projects are aimed to be completed by the first half of 2018. Our Company has also played an active role in the İnsay Yapı Urban renewal works and established contact offices in İstanbul Ataşehir Yenisahra and İstanbul Beykoz Soğuksu Regions. In this scope, infrastructure preparations of the projects to be carried out within the frame of the rights-holder and the flat received for landownership model are continuing.
